Flag Desecration

People should not be able to burn the American Flag, because the flag is a national symbol and deserves the respect of its people. If they want to burn it, then they can move to a different country. America asks its citizens to join the army and fight for the country, yet if they allow people to burn the flag that all these people go and fight for, then what does that say about the USA? Whether someone agrees with the way the government is run, they should still respect them and the people who risk their lives to protect America. Also the flag is everyone's in America and in the Constitution; freedom stops when it prohibits someone's right other than their own. For example you have freedom of speech, but that doesn't mean you can go threaten your neighbor's life. Consequently burning a flag is like abusing someone's property. People have witnessed through the years, their loved ones dying for the country, so the government can at least protect the flag that they held over their heads so proudly as they walked right into danger for their country. Respect the flag America, stop flag desecration.
